Okavango Delta - Kanana with the Sleep-out

5 meerkat rating

Instead of shutting out nature, embrace being a part of the natural landscape on the raised sleepout deck at Kanana, one of the prettiest areas in the Okavango Delta. Picture yourself tucked into a warm, cosy bed, settling in to sleep under the stars…as the reed frogs tinkle, the crickets chirp and the hippos munch their way through the night on nearby grasses. The morning birdcalls are a delight and you will wake as the sun rises ready for the day's adventure ahead.

Chobe National Park - Chobe Princess Houseboats

4 meerkat rating

Experience Chobe from a different perspective on board one of the Chobe Princess houseboats. Watch wildlife along the water’s edge, fish for your supper and fall asleep moored on secluded stretches of the Chobe River at night.

Okavango Delta - Kwara Camp

5 meerkat rating

What makes Kwara extraordinary? For many it be the incredible game viewing with a guide and tracker, only 4 guests per vehicle, or the year round water activities, all within in a huge Okavango Delta private concession? Perhaps for others it is that there are NO CHILDREN under 18 accepted in the camp. Whilst this may not be everyone's dream, it is quite a nice idea isn't it? At Kwara you can enjoy something truly extraordinary …..uninterrupted!

Selinda Reserve - Selinda Explorers

4 meerkat rating

Prepare to book way in advance, Selinda Explorers is extremely popular – offering a stylish ‘Out of Africa’ tented camp focusing on guided walks, game drives and even canoeing if the spillway is flowing. Despite being one of the more affordable camps in the Linyanti/Selinda private concessions, Selinda Explorers is worth so much more than being “Selinda’s affordable little sister”, with guiding, food and service nearly unparalleled in Botswana.

Overlooking the Chongwe River to the Zambezi escarpment, this exclusive use house can cater for up to eight guests in four en-suite bedrooms, with private hosts, chef and game viewing into the Lower Zambezi National Park.

5 meerkat rating

The sensational setting of this camp is echoed by its amenities, which include a gym and a spa treatment room (for working off those safari high teas and working out the kinks from game drives!).
